We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part returned to us and found to be defective through manufacturing within the first year of the original purchaser’s ownership (except consumable items like belts, blades, bearings and clutch). The engine is covered under warranty directly with the engine manufacturer.

Product Description

The MechMaxx ML2046 20HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor System combines a powerful rotary screw compressor, refrigerated air dryer, and a large 105-gallon ASME air tank into a complete compressed air solution. Delivering up to 78 CFM at 116 PSI, this system is ideal for fabrication shops, automotive repair facilities, manufacturing operations, and industrial environments that require clean, dry, and reliable compressed air.

Powered by a 20HP industrial-grade motor, the compressor features IP54 protection, a fully enclosed dust-proof design, and Class F insulation. Combined with durable SKF heavy-duty bearings, the motor provides strong starting torque, excellent heat resistance, and long service life even under demanding operating conditions.

The compressor utilizes a precision-machined rotary screw airend manufactured using advanced machining technology to maintain extremely tight tolerances. This ensures efficient compression, improved durability, and extended service life. The advanced oil-gas separation system keeps discharged compressed air with less than 3 ppm oil content, helping protect downstream pneumatic equipment.

The integrated refrigerated air dryer removes moisture from compressed air while the 105-gallon storage tank provides stable airflow and improved system efficiency. This all-in-one configuration simplifies installation while delivering a professional-grade compressed air system.

Intelligent Control & Efficient Operation

The ML2046 system includes an advanced PLC controller that allows operators to monitor system performance in real time. The control interface displays temperature readings, pressure settings, oil levels, filtration status, operating hours, and maintenance reminders. Remote start and stop functions allow convenient system control.

The integrated EPC intelligent control system automatically adjusts compressor operation based on real-time air demand. When compressed air demand decreases, the system automatically unloads or shuts down to reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs.
