Freight Shipping
Large items such as vehicle lifts and heavy equipment are shipped via freight carriers. Shipping options and any applicable delivery charges are always shown at checkout before completing your order.
Delivery Options
Commercial Delivery (Forklift Required)
Some large items require a forklift or loading dock for unloading and must be delivered to a commercial location.
Residential Delivery
Residential deliveries may require liftgate service if no forklift or loading dock is available. Liftgate and residential delivery may incur additional fees, which will be shown at checkout.
Freight Terminal Pickup
Customers may choose to have their order delivered to a nearby freight terminal for pickup. Terminal staff can assist with loading.
Liftgate Service
Liftgate service is available for select products for an additional fee. Some oversized items are not eligible for liftgate delivery and will require a forklift or terminal pickup.

Freight carriers typically contact customers by phone to schedule delivery. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout to avoid delays.
