Return Window
Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of many products, return freight shipping costs may be significant.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Freight Shipments
Large equipment is shipped via freight carriers. Customers must inspect shipments at the time of delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to inspect or note damage at delivery may affect eligibility for damage claims or returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, used, modified, or are not in original condition may not be eligible for return. Certain special-order or custom items may also be non-returnable.
Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with the supplier or manufacturer’s policy. Any applicable fees will be communicated prior to processing the return.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
