We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part returned to us and found to be defective through manufacturing within the first year of the original purchaser’s ownership (except consumable items like belts, blades, bearings and clutch). The engine is covered under warranty directly with the engine manufacturer.

The MechMaxx ML1023 10HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor System combines a rotary screw compressor, refrigerated air dryer, and 66-gallon ASME air tank into one compact and efficient compressed air solution. Delivering up to 32.8 CFM at 116 PSI, this integrated system is ideal for automotive shops, fabrication workshops, manufacturing facilities, and professional environments that require clean, dry, and reliable compressed air.

Powered by a 10HP industrial-grade motor, the compressor features IP54 protection, a fully enclosed dust-proof design, and Class F insulation. Combined with durable SKF heavy-duty bearings, the motor delivers strong starting torque, excellent heat resistance, and long service life under demanding working conditions.

The system utilizes a precision-engineered rotary screw airend designed for efficient compression and long-term durability. An advanced oil-gas separation system ensures that discharged compressed air maintains oil content below 3 ppm, protecting downstream tools and equipment.

The integrated refrigerated air dryer removes moisture from compressed air, while the 66-gallon air tank provides stable air storage and improved system efficiency. This all-in-one configuration simplifies installation and provides a complete compressed air solution in a compact footprint.

Intelligent Control & Efficient Operation

The system includes an advanced PLC controller that provides real-time monitoring of compressor operation. Operators can easily monitor temperature readings, pressure settings, oil levels, filtration status, operating hours, and maintenance reminders. Remote start and stop functionality allows convenient system control.

An integrated EPC intelligent control system automatically adjusts compressor output based on real-time air demand. When compressed air demand decreases, the compressor automatically unloads or shuts down, reducing energy consumption and lowering operating costs.
