We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part returned to us and found to be defective through manufacturing within the first year of the original purchaser’s ownership (except consumable items like belts, blades, bearings and clutch). The engine is covered under warranty directly with the engine manufacturer.

The MechMaxx M50AC460 50HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor is built for demanding industrial environments that require powerful and reliable compressed air. Delivering up to 220 CFM at 116 PSI, this high-capacity compressor is ideal for large fabrication shops, manufacturing facilities, automotive service centers, and other operations that rely on continuous compressed air performance.

Powered by a 50HP industrial-grade motor, the compressor features IP54 protection, a fully enclosed dust-proof design, and Class F insulation. Combined with durable SKF heavy-duty bearings, the motor provides strong starting torque, excellent heat resistance, and long service life even under heavy operating conditions.

A precision-machined rotary screw airend ensures efficient compression and long-term reliability. The advanced oil-gas separation system maintains discharged compressed air with less than 3 ppm oil content, delivering clean compressed air while protecting downstream pneumatic tools and industrial equipment.

Intelligent Control & Energy Efficient Operation

The compressor includes an advanced PLC touch screen controller that allows operators to monitor system performance in real time. The interface displays key operating information including temperature readings, pressure settings, oil levels, filtration status, maintenance reminders, and total operating hours. Remote start and stop functions further improve operational flexibility.

The integrated EPC intelligent control system automatically adjusts compressor output based on real-time air demand. When compressed air demand decreases, the compressor automatically unloads or shuts down to reduce energy consumption and significantly lower operating costs.
