We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part returned to us and found to be defective through manufacturing within the first year of the original purchaser’s ownership (except consumable items like belts, blades, bearings and clutch). The engine is covered under warranty directly with the engine manufacturer.

The MechMaxx M30AC230 30HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor is engineered for high-demand industrial environments that require powerful and consistent compressed air performance. Delivering up to 106 CFM at 116 PSI, this heavy-duty rotary screw compressor is ideal for fabrication shops, manufacturing plants, automotive service centers, and other operations that rely on continuous compressed air supply.

The compressor is powered by a 30HP industrial-grade motor featuring IP54 protection, a fully enclosed dust-proof design, and Class F insulation. Combined with durable SKF heavy-duty bearings, the motor provides strong starting torque, superior heat resistance, and long-term reliability even under demanding working conditions.

A precision-machined rotary screw airend ensures efficient compression and extended service life. The advanced oil-gas separation system maintains discharged compressed air with less than 3 ppm oil content, delivering clean air while protecting downstream pneumatic equipment.

Intelligent Control & Energy Efficient Operation

The compressor includes an advanced PLC touch screen controller that allows operators to monitor system performance in real time. The interface provides information such as temperature readings, pressure settings, oil levels, filtration status, maintenance intervals, and operating hours. Remote start and stop functions further improve system control.

The integrated EPC intelligent control system automatically adjusts compressor operation based on real-time air demand. When compressed air demand decreases, the compressor automatically unloads or shuts down to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
