We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part returned to us and found to be defective through manufacturing within the first year of the original purchaser’s ownership (except consumable items like belts, blades, bearings and clutch). The engine is covered under warranty directly with the engine manufacturer.

The MechMaxx M20AC460 20HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor is built for demanding industrial environments that require powerful and reliable compressed air. Delivering up to 78 CFM at 116 PSI, this heavy-duty compressor is ideal for fabrication shops, manufacturing facilities, automotive service centers, and other professional operations that rely on consistent airflow for pneumatic tools and machinery.

The compressor is powered by a 20HP industrial-grade motor featuring IP54 protection, a fully enclosed dust-proof design, and Class F insulation. Combined with durable SKF heavy-duty bearings, the motor delivers high starting torque, excellent heat resistance, and long service life even under continuous operation.

A precision-engineered rotary screw airend manufactured using advanced machining processes ensures highly efficient compression and long-term reliability. The integrated oil-gas separation system keeps discharged compressed air with less than 3 ppm oil content, delivering clean air while protecting downstream pneumatic equipment.

Intelligent Control & Energy Efficient Operation

The compressor features a PLC touch screen controller that allows operators to monitor system performance in real time. The interface provides information on temperature readings, pressure settings, oil levels, filtration status, maintenance intervals, and operating hours. Remote start and stop functionality allows convenient system control.

An advanced EPC intelligent control system automatically adjusts compressor output based on real-time air demand. When compressed air demand decreases, the compressor automatically unloads or shuts down to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
