We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part returned to us and found to be defective through manufacturing within the first year of the original purchaser’s ownership (except consumable items like belts, blades, bearings and clutch). The engine is covered under warranty directly with the engine manufacturer.

The MechMaxx M20AC230 20HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor is engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring a powerful and reliable compressed air supply. Delivering up to 78 CFM at 116 PSI, this high-capacity compressor is ideal for fabrication shops, automotive service centers, manufacturing facilities, and other demanding environments that rely on consistent compressed air performance.

Powered by a 20HP industrial-grade motor, the compressor features IP54 protection, a fully enclosed dust-proof design, and Class F insulation. Combined with durable SKF heavy-duty bearings, the motor provides strong starting torque, high-temperature resistance, and long-term reliability even under continuous operation.

The precision-engineered rotary screw airend is manufactured using advanced machining processes that maintain tolerances within microns, ensuring outstanding reliability and extended service life. The integrated oil-gas separation system keeps discharged compressed air with less than 3 ppm oil content, delivering clean air while protecting downstream pneumatic equipment.

Intelligent Control & Energy Efficient Operation

The compressor features an advanced PLC controller with a touch screen interface that allows operators to monitor system performance and maintenance requirements in real time.
