Warranty
Warranty
There is a 5 year guarantee on the material and construction of our products, subject to correct use, as outlined in the operating and maintenance instructions. Unauthorized alterations within the warranty period causes the guarantee to lapse unless we have granted written permission prior to the alteration taking place. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are simply worn during use. The only exception to this warranty is in regard to our ROBOT systems, which has a 2 year guarantee under the same conditions that are outlined previously in this warranty.

The Maxima ML6051BC is an ALI Certified heavy-duty mobile column lift system designed for commercial truck repair facilities, fleet maintenance operations, transit authorities, municipalities, and industrial service centers. This six-column configuration provides an impressive 111,000 lb total lifting capacity, making it ideal for servicing heavy-duty trucks, buses, coaches, fire apparatus, RVs, and other large commercial vehicles.
Each lifting column delivers an individual lifting capacity of 18,500 lb and is powered by a high-performance 2.2 kW 24V DC hydraulic motor with dual rechargeable batteries. The completely cordless design, combined with integrated hydraulic pallet jack wheels, allows each column to be positioned quickly and easily throughout the workshop or outdoors on approved concrete surfaces without the need for permanent installation.
An advanced electronic synchronization system continuously monitors all six columns to ensure smooth, level lifting throughout every lifting cycle. Every column features an LCD display showing real-time lifting height, while hydraulic flow control valves and mechanical locking systems provide redundant safety protection during operation.
Adjustable lifting forks accommodate tire diameters from 19 inches to 44 inches, allowing the system to service a wide variety of commercial vehicles. Emergency stop buttons on every column, long-life rechargeable batteries, and optional tripod support stands further enhance safety and versatility for demanding professional applications.
