Warranty
Warranty
There is a 5 year guarantee on the material and construction of our products, subject to correct use, as outlined in the operating and maintenance instructions. Unauthorized alterations within the warranty period causes the guarantee to lapse unless we have granted written permission prior to the alteration taking place. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are simply worn during use. The only exception to this warranty is in regard to our ROBOT systems, which has a 2 year guarantee under the same conditions that are outlined previously in this warranty.

The Maxima ML4034BC is an ALI Certified heavy-duty mobile column lift system built for commercial truck service centers, fleet maintenance operations, transit authorities, municipalities, and industrial repair facilities. Supplied as a four-column system with a total lifting capacity of 74,000 lb, it can easily be expanded to six columns for 111,000 lb capacity or eight columns for an impressive 148,000 lb lifting capacity.
Each mobile lifting column provides an individual lifting capacity of 18,500 lb and is powered by a high-performance 2.2 kW 24V DC hydraulic motor with dual rechargeable batteries. The cordless hydraulic design, combined with integrated pallet jack wheels, allows each column to be moved effortlessly throughout the workshop or outdoors on a properly prepared concrete surface, giving technicians maximum flexibility without requiring permanent installation.
An advanced electronic synchronization system continuously monitors all lifting columns to ensure every wheel rises evenly and safely. Each column features an LCD display showing real-time lifting height, while hydraulic flow control valves and mechanical locking systems provide dual-layer safety throughout every lifting operation.
Designed for a wide range of commercial vehicles, the adjustable lifting forks accommodate tire diameters from 19 inches to 44 inches. Every column is equipped with an emergency stop button, and the included 32-foot communication cables allow synchronized operation of the entire lifting system. When work is complete, the portable columns can be stored away to maximize valuable workshop floor space.
