Warranty
Warranty
There is a 5 year guarantee on the material and construction of our products, subject to correct use, as outlined in the operating and maintenance instructions. Unauthorized alterations within the warranty period causes the guarantee to lapse unless we have granted written permission prior to the alteration taking place. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are simply worn during use. The only exception to this warranty is in regard to our ROBOT systems, which has a 2 year guarantee under the same conditions that are outlined previously in this warranty.

The Maxima 6045BC mobile column lift system is an ALI Certified heavy-duty lifting solution engineered for safely servicing commercial trucks, buses, motorhomes, emergency vehicles, and large fleet vehicles. This six-column configuration delivers an impressive 99,000 lb total lifting capacity while providing the flexibility of a completely portable, battery-powered lifting system.
Each lifting column is powered by a high-performance 2.2 kW 24V DC hydraulic motor with dual rechargeable batteries, allowing fully cordless operation for maximum mobility throughout the workshop. Integrated hydraulic pallet jack systems enable each column to be positioned quickly and easily, while the advanced electronic synchronization system ensures all six columns raise and lower simultaneously for smooth, level lifting.
Every column features an LCD display showing its exact lifting height, an emergency stop button for added operator safety, and a dual-protection safety system combining hydraulic flow control with mechanical locking mechanisms. Adjustable lifting forks accommodate tire diameters from 19 to 44 inches, making the system suitable for a wide range of commercial vehicle applications.
Designed for both indoor and outdoor use on properly prepared concrete surfaces, the Maxima 6045BC offers unmatched flexibility for professional fleet maintenance facilities. Optional tripod support stands are also available for wheel service and additional vehicle support during repairs.
