Warranty
Warranty
There is a 5 year guarantee on the material and construction of our products, subject to correct use, as outlined in the operating and maintenance instructions. Unauthorized alterations within the warranty period causes the guarantee to lapse unless we have granted written permission prior to the alteration taking place. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are simply worn during use. The only exception to this warranty is in regard to our ROBOT systems, which has a 2 year guarantee under the same conditions that are outlined previously in this warranty.

The Maxima 4030BC is an ALI Certified heavy-duty mobile column lift system engineered for commercial truck repair facilities, bus maintenance centers, fleet service operations, municipalities, and industrial vehicle maintenance. Supplied as a four-column system with a total lifting capacity of 66,000 lb, the system can easily be expanded to six or eight columns, increasing lifting capacity to an impressive 99,000 lb or 132,000 lb.
Each mobile lifting column provides an individual lifting capacity of 16,500 lb and operates using a powerful 24V DC hydraulic drive system powered by dual rechargeable batteries. The cordless design, combined with integrated hydraulic pallet jack wheels, allows each column to be positioned quickly inside the workshop or outdoors on a properly prepared concrete surface, providing exceptional flexibility without permanent installation.
An advanced electronic synchronization system continuously monitors every lifting column to ensure smooth, level lifting throughout the entire lifting cycle. Individual LCD displays show the exact lifting height of each column, while hydraulic flow control and mechanical locking systems provide dual-layer safety for maximum operator confidence.
Designed to accommodate a wide range of commercial vehicles, the adjustable lifting forks fit tire diameters from 19 inches to 44 inches. Emergency stop buttons are located on every column, and four 32-foot communication cables are included for synchronized operation. When not in use, the portable columns can be stored away to maximize valuable workshop floor space.
