Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 6–12 business days, depending on the product and shipping method. Freight carriers typically contact customers by phone to schedule delivery.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on select products within the continental United States. Shipping options and any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before purchase.

Freight Shipping
Large equipment, such as vehicle lifts and heavy machinery, ships via freight carriers due to size and weight.

Delivery Requirements
Some items require a commercial delivery location with a forklift or loading dock for unloading. Residential deliveries may require lift gate service and may incur additional fees depending on the product and location.

Pickup Option
Customers may choose to have their order delivered to a nearby freight terminal for pickup.

There is a 5 year guarantee on the material and construction of our products, subject to correct use, as outlined in the operating and maintenance instructions. Unauthorized alterations within the warranty period causes the guarantee to lapse unless we have granted written permission prior to the alteration taking place. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are simply worn during use. The only exception to this warranty is in regard to our ROBOT systems, which has a 2 year guarantee under the same conditions that are outlined previously in this warranty.
