Warranty
Warranty
There is a 5 year guarantee on the material and construction of our products, subject to correct use, as outlined in the operating and maintenance instructions. Unauthorized alterations within the warranty period causes the guarantee to lapse unless we have granted written permission prior to the alteration taking place. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are simply worn during use. The only exception to this warranty is in regard to our ROBOT systems, which has a 2 year guarantee under the same conditions that are outlined previously in this warranty.

Built to service rims from 13 to 26 inches, tires up to 55 inches in diameter, and widths up to 30 1/2 inches, the TTC305A is ideal for servicing semi-truck tires, 19.5-inch commercial wheels, forklift tires, agricultural equipment, buses, and industrial vehicles. Automatic positioning of the tool arm, carriage, and bead tool dramatically reduces operator effort while improving productivity and consistency.
The electric/hydraulic self-centering four-jaw chuck delivers up to 6,600 pounds of clamping force with five adjustable rim locking positions for exceptional wheel security. An ergonomic mounted control console, combined with foot pedal controls, allows technicians to control all machine movements while maintaining excellent visibility throughout the tire changing process. The interchangeable mount/demount head and high-speed roller head can be swapped quickly to match different tire and wheel combinations.
