Warranty
Warranty
There is a 5 year guarantee on the material and construction of our products, subject to correct use, as outlined in the operating and maintenance instructions. Unauthorized alterations within the warranty period causes the guarantee to lapse unless we have granted written permission prior to the alteration taking place. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are simply worn during use. The only exception to this warranty is in regard to our ROBOT systems, which has a 2 year guarantee under the same conditions that are outlined previously in this warranty.

The Atlas STW-500 Spray Wash Cabinet is a heavy-duty heated parts washer designed for automotive repair shops, diesel service centers, machine shops, industrial maintenance facilities, and manufacturing operations. Utilizing high-pressure heated water and biodegradable detergents instead of harsh solvents, the STW-500 provides an environmentally friendly solution for removing grease, oil, carbon deposits, sludge, and contaminants from engines, transmissions, cylinder heads, and other heavy mechanical components.
Its durable 1,000-pound capacity rotating turntable accommodates large automotive and light truck components, while the cut-away cabinet design allows an engine crane to roll directly over the turntable for simplified loading and unloading. Nineteen adjustable stainless steel spray nozzles work together with a high-output 43 GPM pump to thoroughly clean parts from multiple angles throughout the wash cycle.
The integrated heating system maintains cleaning solution temperatures between 135°F and 175°F to improve cleaning performance, while the adjustable 60-minute timer automatically shuts the machine off at the end of each cycle. A built-in stainless steel oil skimmer extends solution life by removing floating oil, helping reduce maintenance and operating costs. Constructed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel with an industrial powder-coated finish, the Atlas STW-500 is built to withstand years of demanding commercial use.
