30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Freight return shipping for heavy equipment may require palletized freight service.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be in “like new” condition

• All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included

• Items must show no signs of use or installation

Items returned with signs of wear, installation, or damage due to use will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email support@southstatefabrication.com with your order number. We will provide detailed return instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
